1. The Seller
Wardrobe by Dipal is a proprietorship business operated by Dipal Prajapati, based at South Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, India.
2. Eligibility
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. If you are placing an order on behalf of a minor, you take full responsibility for the transaction.
3. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Product images are representative — actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and fabric dye batches
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a pricing error has occurred
4. Order & Payment
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking. All orders are prepaid; Cash on Delivery is not offered.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
Wardrobe by Dipal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
