Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1â2 working days (MondayâSaturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 4 pm IST are processed the following working day. You will receive a WhatsApp / email confirmation with your tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, remote locations, or peak periods (festivals, sale events).
Delivery Partners
We ship via Blue Dart, Delhivery, Speed Post and other trusted courier services depending on your pin code. You will receive the courier name and AWB tracking number via WhatsApp once dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, track your order using the AWB number on the courier's website, or WhatsApp us at +91 76004 77672 with your order ID.
Remote & Unserviceable Areas
Certain remote pin codes (North-East states, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep) may have extended timelines of 7â14 working days. If your pin code is unserviceable, we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement to arrange an alternative.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails (address inaccessible, recipient unavailable), the courier will make up to 3 attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to re-dispatch â re-shipping charges of â¹99 apply for returned orders.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. Please follow us on Instagram @wardrobebydipal for updates.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated timeline, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@wardrobebydipal.in or WhatsApp. We will file a courier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
